Notes:
What are Resources?
You are each a resource! - you should enter the name(s) of the person/people working at each stage as a resource. Another resource may be Adobe Illustrator
Time?
What time do you have available? Deadlines?
Most projects come in late - that's just the way it is! - so don't plan a timescale that is over-ambitious. Working out time available can become much more reliable if you sit down with your student planner and work out upcoming commitments. This will help you be more realistic in your planning, and result in fewer surprises. Dont forget holidays and homework!
2. Evaluate your plan and explain the need for any modifications to the design.
- What modifications if any do you think you will need to make to your design?
- Look at your plan again. You may need to rethink the designs. Do you have enough time? If you think everything is OK, then you still need to explain why you dont think it is necessary to make any modifications to your design.
- What are the risks / possible problems?
- How will you review progress?
- Could somebody else make your game by following your plan and looking at your final designs?
3. Evaluate your involvement in the Planning stage/ group work (Collaboration)
Key questions to answer during this stage:
- How do I work with others?
- What successes have I had when I have worked with others?
- How can I work with others; how can they work with me?
Include information about:
- working in groups—including delegating and taking responsibility, adapting to roles, resolving group conflicts, demonstrating teamwork
- accepting others—including analysing others’ ideas, respecting others’ points of view, using ideas critically
